The Allen Digital Theatre Organ

Lunchtime concerts at the Allen digital theatre organ.

The trust presents weekly lunchtime theatre organ concerts at St Andrew's Church, High Street, Penistone using the Allen 317EX digital Theatre organ. (the only one of its kind in the UK).
The organ has 7 individual audio channels, which produces a very true theatre organ sound. A video projection system is used to feature a close-up of the organ keyboards on a large screen which is positioned behind the organ console.

The concerts are usually performed by the well known organist Kevin Grunill, who plays a different selection of popular music each week.

Each concerts lasts about an hour with an interval for refreshments.

Doors open at 12:00 and the concerts start at 13:00
Admission price is £2.50 on the door.
